All Standard Shipping is curbside delivery via freight company. Freight carrier will deliver the item curbside and it is customer's responsibility to take the item inside. The freight carriers will not deliver indoors. Other delivery option is White Glove Delivery which is an upgraded delivery service where the goods are delivered indoors by the carrier and the delivery charges are higher for this service. If you would like to select this service please contact us and we can give you the difference in price. Standard delivery is 7-10 days transit time whereas White Glove Delivery may take between 3-4 weeks.
 

         - We have a 30 day return policy on all our FURNITURE /ARCHITECTURAL / HOME DECOR items.

         - If you are not satisfied with your PURCHASE for any reason no questions asked you may return the item for a refund. Returns can be done by either of the following methods. 

         - (a) In form of a store credit where you shall be issued a store credit for FULL AMOUNT of your purchase and you shall be only liable for the return shipping.This is because buying online does have it's shortcoming and an item might not workout as well as you imagined so we are here to help with an exchange.Please limit to only one exchange per order.

         - (b) In case you do not wish to purchase any other item in exchange you shall be liable for shipping the item back to us or in case we have it picked up by our carrier the return shipping shall be deducted from your refund. Also you shall be liable for the original shipping amount that was paid for shipping the item to you in first place. Being a small business we do have to do this as shipping can be expensive on most of our large pieces.


Return Instructions :

         - In case you received a white glove delivery the return shall be same way unless you as a customer wants to use your own freight carrier to ship the item back to us.

         - Most of our pallet deliveries are done by UPS FREIGHT and in case we are using the same carrier for return please make sure you pack the item in original packing and have it ready for the freight carrier pickup. Once the item is returned to us we can issue a refund after inspection of the return.

 
Damaged Items :

         - We inspect all pieces before shipping hence when you receive an item and notice any damage to the packing please note on the delivery slip that there is a damage to the outside packing. In case you notice the damage after the carrier has left please contact us immediately so we can take up the matter with the freight carrier.

 
Clearance Items :

         - All Clearance Items or items discounted 50% or more are to be considered as final sales.

 
 
 
          - Shipping is FREE via USPS standard mail, if you require the item sooner please select Priority or Express and given charges will apply.
 
 
 
          - If you are not pleased with your purchase please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise.

          - The items returned should be in their original condition with the tags attached.

          - We do not accept returns or exchange on used and laundered items.

          - We would refund cost of the items excluding shipping charges.

          - Return must be processed within 30 days from the date of purchase with original packaging
