Our Pieces

We hand-source antique doors, carved panels, and furniture from havelis (old courtyard homes) and villages across India, then restore each piece in a way that keeps its history intact rather than erasing it. Founder Era Chandok has been curating these pieces since the company was formally established in 2010.

No. Our carvings are hand done, and minor cracks, joint lines, or small openings are simply part of how old, hand-carved wood behaves — not a defect. We sometimes use wood filler in these spots, and it can occasionally loosen slightly in transit. These marks are part of what makes each piece genuinely one of a kind.

Yes. Because each door and furniture piece is reclaimed and hand-restored rather than mass-produced, no two are exactly alike — variations in grain, patina, and carving detail are expected and part of the appeal.

Ordering & Custom Doors

Yes. We work with a large inventory of antique and vintage doors and can modify width, height, or add matching wood framing to fit your specific opening. Call us at 239-603-7777 to discuss your dimensions and see what's available.

For larger or higher-value pieces, we're happy to call or FaceTime you directly from the warehouse to walk through available options, show close-up photos, and compare pieces side by side before you order — the same way we work with our local design clients.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free ground shipping on doors, furniture, clothing, textiles, and statues to all addresses in the upper 48 states. A discounted white-glove / inside-delivery option is available for furniture and large doors, and clothing ships free to all 50 states.

Shipping method depends on the weight and size of the piece. Large furniture and heavy doors ship via freight or white-glove delivery, while smaller items go by standard UPS or USPS ground. White-glove shipments are typically picked up within 10–15 business days, with 1–2 weeks in transit after that.

We ship nationwide, though Alaska and Hawaii carry additional freight charges — please contact us for a quote. We also ship worldwide and will work to find the most economical international rate; buyers are responsible for local duties and taxes.

Inspect the item carefully in front of the delivery driver, note any damage directly on the delivery receipt, and take photos before signing. Keep all original packaging and call us right away. All shipments are insured, but claims can only be honored if damage is reported at the time of delivery.

Clothing, textiles, and other smaller items usually ship via USPS or UPS within 1–3 days of ordering, arriving in about 3–5 business days. Expedited shipping is available at an extra cost if you need it sooner.

Visiting the Warehouse

Absolutely — our warehouse at 238 W Marvin Ave, Unit 102, Longwood, FL 32750 is open by appointment, Monday through Saturday, 12–6pm. Many customers describe it as a hidden gem worth the visit, so don't let the appointment-only setup stop you from booking a time to browse.

Yes. Florida customers are welcome to pick up their order at our warehouse and receive a shipping credit for doing so. Just call 239-603-7777 to set up a pickup appointment.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand buying online is a leap of faith, so most pieces can be returned for a full refund, minus shipping charges, within 14 days of receipt. Items must be sent back in their original condition, free from damage. Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom-made pieces and all sale merchandise are final sale — these are not eligible for return or exchange.
